Monthly costs shown are inclusive of VAT and are based on a minimum 24 month contract term.

We will never increase your monthly charges during the initial term of your contract.

Speeds shown are the maximum speeds the service is capable of. Like all shared Broadband services speeds can fluctuate at times of extremely heavy use, however, at Gigabit our backhaul network is designed to deliver maximum possible performance for all of our subscribers even at those busier times.

All GigaFast services include a £9 (inc VAT) postage and packaging cost for the delivery of the router. This charge is payable in your first months invoice.

You may be offered additional products at the time of ordering, these products are not included in the service charge and will be subject to an additional charge that is clearly explained at the time of order.

Our voice service uses the broadband service to make calls at times when the internet is unusable or unavailable, e.g. during a power cut you will not be able to make or receive voice calls.

Mesh WiFi is only available on GigaFast Home and Pro Packages with the purchase of additional WiFi Repeaters which are available at the time of ordering.

I already have fibre broadband – why do I need your services?

Ever noticed that the speeds you experience are often slower than the ones you expected, as advertised by your ISP?

This is because your ‘fibre’ connection is not PureFibre.

With a normal fibre broadband connection (sometimes known as Fibre to the Cabinet or FTTC), your connection is only partial fibre-optic wiring to your street cabinet. Old, outdated copper wiring then connects to your home from the cabinet and your bandwidth is shared with everyone else in your neighbourhood, slowing down your internet speeds – especially during peak hours.

PureFibre is different. We only use 100% fibre-optic lines direct to your home which are Gigabit-capable – and up to 20x faster than normal ‘fibre’ broadband. This means you can always expect great speeds – and then some.

What is PureFibre?

PureFibre is just that – pure, fibre connections with no old copper wiring in sight (which is used for regular ‘fibre’ broadband).
